What we offer:  

TPO Roofing: TPO stands for thermoplastic polyolefin. It is single-ply membrane material that comes in rolls. During installation, TPO is rolled out over a clean roofing surface and the seams are welded together with heat. TPO roofs are energy-efficient, and because they are white, they reflect sunlight. Their energy-efficiency and durability make them an excellent choice for commercial buildings and residential properties with low-slope roofs.

EPDM Roofing: EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) is another durable roofing membrane used on flat roofs. EPDM is available in the colors black and white and comes in different widths and thicknesses. This type of roofing can be installed in several ways: with bonding adhesives to from a fully adhered system, or ballasted.

Modified Bitumen: Modified Bitumen, or “mod bit”, roofing is a modified asphalt material that comes in rolls. It is a layered material composed of two base coats, a polyester or fiberglass mat, and a top coat. This type of material can be installed in several ways; it can be sealed with heat (often with a torch) or self-adhered. At Rampart Roofing, we install self-adhered modified bitumen.

Castagra’s Ecodur: Castagra’s Ecodur is a flat roof coating that offers supreme adhesion. A flat roof coating can help you seal your roof, preventing the need for a costly replacement. This product is repairable and can be easily applied with a brush or squeegee. What’s even better is that this material can resist hail and debris impact.
